We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENDHUNT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRENDHUNT, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrendHunt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
